Naming this blog came pretty easily. My middle name is Files, and it's what many of my friends call me. As a result, the name just fits the blog and what I hope to accomplish with it.
I never really thought I would start blogging, but as I leave to study abroad in Barcelona, Spain for six weeks, I think it will be a great way to keep my family and friends updated. On that note, stay tuned to the Files Cabinet for a look at what I'm working on, where I'm traveling, or maybe just a random though here and there.
